At Puhon Tees, we want you to love your purchase. Since all of our products are made and shipped with care, we do not accept returns by mail. Please read our policy below:

No Return Shipping

For hygiene, quality control, and cost reasons, we do not accept returned items. Customers are not required to ship products back to us.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are only issued if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at support@puhontees.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue for verification.
  • If approved, you may choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement item at no cost to you.

Final Sale Items

All sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
